Pulau Pangkor Trip

ok, now, after the National Youth day performance, mom told me that everyone besides my dad is going to go to Pulau Pangkor for a 3D2N holiday trip. She asked me if i would like to join. Since i have nothing to do, for sure i am not that stupid to missed out this beach holiday!! woohahaha!!

On 30th June, my family and I drove up to Kuala Kangsar to meet my uncle and at the same time fetch my grandmother from there. Therefore, by the next day we can straight away go to Pulau Pangkor despite the long driving distance from Banting!

 

 i got so boring and decided to bring out my camera to camwhore!! =)

 

He is a super active dog and i take so many photos of him and this is the best i can get!! haha, but i'm satisfied with it =D

this is an old "palace"

The sultan used to stay here and this is one of the building that no nails are used to build this building! it's one of the famous landmark in Kuala Kangsar. We stop by at KK for some photos because it is too early for us to head to the Pangkor island.

I love this, the green green grass gave me a pleasant feeling.. (ignoring my sis inside.. hiak hiak)

After this, we went to another famous landmark in Kuala Kangsar..

yup, my mom told me this is a famous mosque and i believe you guys have seen this before especially on our history textbook right? however, i really don know what is it called and why is it famous.. =) haha~ btw, I don really care~ haha..

we din take much pic, so.. that's it! hehe..

After this, now it's time for pangkor!!! We are still very excited despite the long 2 hours journey from Kuala kangsar to Pangkor Jeti!!

and finally...

we reach the Jetty!!!

While waiting for the ferry to come, 

 

we waited.... then we wait... and we wait again...
then 40 minitues gone and finally,

Yup, we reach the island!!!

then we sit on a van taxi looks something like

Our hotel is called Sea View hotel! and we got a chalet just beside the sea side ^^

After we unpack our thing, the first thing to do is to feel the sea water of Pangkor island!!!

Get ready and change ourselves to our swimming attire~

it's so nice to go to beach on sunny day!!! hehe~

time to go boating around the island!!

I regretted so much that i din bring my camera along because i scare the sea water kena my camera =(  we saw other beach and resorts around the island. Heard the man said that the most expensive resort and cost up to $10000++ a night (ps: they are using american dollar, not Ringgit Malaysia!! lol ) we even went for snorkeling and feed the fishes!!! that's a brand new experience for me to learn how to use the snorkeling equipments and to feed the colourful fishes!!! I'm shock to see there is GREEN fishes!!!! there are just so lovely!!! We too went to many places to look at natural rocks around the island which looks like apple, a heart shape, turtle, a woman, whale, elephant and even crocodile~  (actually there are many more, i don remember all)

then at night, we walk a little to the nearest shop to see wat tid-bits can we buy. After a little of shopping, we went back and have some coffee and tea by the sea side. having tea by the sea side at night was just so wonderful... the silents of the night was broke by the soft splashing of the waves!!! We chit chat a little and went back to sleep early =)

the place was not dark enough for us to play around with the shutter speed~ 

and therefore a blur refection can be seen~

We woke up quite early the next morning =)

Then, playing again with my camera.. haha~ u wan to ask me why i keep playing with my camera? haha.. coz new mah~ curious to explore more~ haha~

today, we rent a van taxi again to go around the island~ We have a look at wat's going on in this island... how ppl live and wat are the other attractions in the island~

1st Station: one of their local temple

2nd stop:  One of the Pangkor sate factory

not much photo taken... cause we only do shopping there. most of the food and souvenirs we brought back is from here~

 

3rd station: another local temple, but this one is nicer~

4th place: Dutch Fort

this is the last stop that we went... after this, we went back to our hotel and continue with the beach~ =)

It's some kind of nature rocks located just beside the sea side~ Usually ppl will there on morning or the evening where the tide is not as high. I just love the nature and the sunlight there!!!

see? the beauty of nature^^ i love places with sunlight!! hehe~ i think that's all for Pangkor. As a result, there's a punishment for the fun in this trip.. all of us suddenly become so dark although we apply sunblock to our skin!!! maybe the sun is just too strong. however, i will still come to pangkor if i have a chance^^ hehe~ it's worth coming back to say hello to our mother nature!!! 

oh, by the way, do you know that there is something very unique in Pulau Pangkor? 

guess wat? the students in Pulau Pangkor have water sports as their curriculum!!! that's something so special that we don find it in other schools!!! this pic is taken when they are having their Pendidikan Jasmani (PJ) class.
